MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
If you are not satisfied with the quality or results of the product you have purchased, we will issue a full refund, excluding actual shipping charges (PKR 250), on returned products, used or unused, post-marked within the time period of the initial delivery date. All return requests must be made by email at info@essentials.pk.
The customer is responsible for all shipping charges in case of product return/exchange . Original product containers must be returned in order for us to process a refund. For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded/trackable delivery service when shipping the items. The start of the guarantee time period is the day courier records successful delivery. There are no exceptions unless otherwise stated by an Essentials Healthcare representative. For ‘unused and packed’ products returned, full amount minus delivery charges (PKR 250,originally paid by the company) will be refunded. This is the policy for any other product purchased online from our website.
All of our policies and warranties, Money Back Guarantee, apply only to purchases made directly through the Essentials Healthcare website (essentials.pk), our Facebook page (Essentials Healthcare) or over the phone (+92-304-1111744). Products that are sold by unauthorized sellers or any website/page other than essentials.pk, do not carry any warranty through Essentials Healthcare. Reorders and wholesale orders are non-refundable. If multiple orders for the same item(s) exist in one household, only the first order may qualify for a refund if within the mentioned time frame. We reserve the right to verify information, require a valid proof of purchase, and to deny guarantee requests in our discretion if a customer is abusing the Money Back Guarantee or doesn’t fall under the criteria of rightful creditor. 30 Day Money Back Guarantee is applicable on the 1st online purchase of the following products;

- DarkOut skin cream
Money back guarantee is only applicable on the purchase of 1 individual product, not in case of the product being purchase a part of any bundle or kit.
