Orders can be placed through our website. To place an order, click the “Add to Card” button next to an item. You will then be taken to your online shopping cart. Click “keep shopping” if you wish to add more items in your cart. Clicking the “proceed to checkout” button will finalize your order and begin the payment process.
Cash on Delivery:
You can opt for Cash on Delivery option. You will be charged PKR 100 for delivery on orders valuing PKR 750 or more. In case of order having a value of less than PKR 750, the delivery charges applicable will be PKR 200.

Order, Processing & Shipping:
Once you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation email and SMS. If you wish to cancel your order, please email us at email@example.com within an hour of order placement. Orders are processed within 24 hours of placement. We dispatch orders from Monday-Saturday and all orders placed before 12pm will be processed and dispatched the same day.
Parcels are delivered within 2-7 working days.
- Valid Days of Exchange: Any article purchased online can be exchanged online within 3 days, once the article has been delivered, given that the customer has proof of purchase and has contacted ESSENTIALS HEALTHCARE via official platform e.g., Email ID, Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp number). Customers will have to bear the delivery charges for sending the original product back and to receive the exchanged product.
- Proof of Purchase: This includes online order confirmation email or an order message on our WhatsApp number/Facebook messenger or Instagram account.
- Conditions Qualified for Exchange: Articles are qualified for change only if they are unused, all tags (if any) are intact, packing is in its original condition and the original invoice / slip is present. Also, state a valid reason for requesting an exchange, such as if the article is defected, or incorrect.
- Process of Online Exchange: It usually takes 7-10 days to complete the online exchange process after it has been verified.
- Items not Allowed for Exchange: Articles purchased on discount or on sale are not qualified for exchange. Note: For sale orders, exchanges will only be provided for valid reasons and exchange time will also take longer than usual. For further assistance, you can contact our customer service department by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Provide all the required information to our representative and if all the conditions of the exchange are met, we will process your request.
- We offer our customers to return the product within 3 days once the item has been delivered. It will be accepted if they are unused, all tags (if any) are intact, packaging is in its original condition and original invoice is present. Customers will have to bear the delivery charges for sending the original product back.
- Refund Policy: Refunds are in cash – transferred via Jazz cash. It takes around 7 working days to process your request. ESSENTIALS HEALTHCARE will deduct the actual delivery charges of the order from the order value to be refunded. If the payment made via credit card, 97.5% of the transaction made will be refunded, in case of return or unused items (delivery charges will be deducted).
- Customers can cancel orders at any time before the order has been processed.
- Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email and an SMS with your COD amount as well as order tracking ID. As soon as the product has been delivered, our above-mentioned exchange and return policy will be applicable to your order.
- Essentials Healthcare holds the authority to cancel any order in cases, such as the item is out of stock, pricing errors, or the credit card payment declined by the issuing financial institution.
