Orders can be placed through our website using the automated system if you wish to pay via credit card. To place an order, click the “Add to Card” button next to an item. You will then be taken to your online shopping cart. Clicking the “checkout” button will finalize your order and begin the payment process.
Cash on Delivery:
You can opt for Cash on Delivery option. In this case, you will be charged for delivery expense for order valuing less than PKR 500.
Payment via Credit Card:
During the checkout portion, you may also select to pay using any major credit card (Visa, Mastercard and American Express). We also accept any debit card with a Visa/Mastercard logo. At the end of the checkout, you will be directed to a secure page where you may enter your card information. We DO NOT store credit card information in our database.
Note: Please ensure that your shipping information is accurate at the time of purchase. Due to our quick processing times, we cannot make changes to addresses after an order has been placed. All orders are shipped to the address as it appears on the invoice.
Ordering by Phone:
Customers may also order by phone by calling on the cell number listed on our contact page. Phone ordering is available only for customers within Pakistan. International customers are required to order online or by mail.
No Hidden Charges, No Recurring Billing
All purchases processed by Essentials Healthcare are one time transactions. This means you will only be charged for the item(s) you purchased and will not be enrolled in any future automatic re-orders or recurring billing. We do not keep your credit card information on file and will not charge you for anything except for what is listed on your invoice.
